PLACEMENT AND CLASS CHANGE MUST GO THROUGH OFFICE

Full tuition is due during the months of December, as well as the months of recitals regardless of the number of lessons received. Tuition is based on 4 classes per month. Months with five classes are used to offset holidays and studio closures.  Also, additional rehearsals are mandatory during performance time and can take the place of normal class time.

Tuition is based on the total class hours per week for the student(s) from a single household. Tuition is non-refundable. No credits, refunds, or adjustments will be made for unused lessons. Make up classes are available.

We accept cash, check, and Visa/Mastercard in the office for all payments.  We highly recommend signing up for autopay in order to have your tuition deducted directly from your checking account. Please see the office for more details.

  • The education you or your child receives depends on steady attendance, punctuality, and discipline whether you are involved with the intensive company or here for recreational purposes.

  • Dancers arriving more than 10 minutes late need to come to the office first. It will be up to the instructor to invite the student to participate in class. Absences without reason may result in demotion or dismissal from classes.

  • If you are going to be absent, please notify the office either by calling or via E-mail. A make-up class will be given only on notification of absence.

  • Students will be placed in appropriate classes based on age, prior training and ability. Students progress at different levels, so we assess each student on the level of ability, attendance and attitude. Class placement is always made with student's best interest in mind.

Parents are encouraged to be a part of their child’s education in the arts. Viewing for our dance classes is normally available from outside classroom windows or on the television monitor. Teachers do have the right to close classrooms from viewing when deemed necessary. At any time, parents may make an appointment to discuss their child’s progress. Your enrollment to our program is a statement of your confidence in us, and we thank you for letting us teach you or your child.
